Actually, English subtitles won't help much because the dialog is very fragmental and enigmatic. In short, the people in white are talking about the protagonist and say that he was chosen, and he already has some ability that will help to stop the bad guy, which becomes possessed, literally, by the dark force. The guy with the long hair is asked to help the protagonist to spoil plans of the evil organization, some fighting, some explosions, and in the end the bad guy, with that dark force taking over him, says: Now you'll have to deal with somebody else.
Hope it helps. The film looks effective visually and action wise, but the story seems to be a little silly.
